We endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 working day (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays). Any order placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day.
You will recieve a tracking email as soon as your order has been despatched, all deliveries are sent using a tracked & signed for service.
Please be aware that all orders are sent/estimated on working days and please note UK Public/Bank holidays will affect your expected delivery date. Customs in the country of delivery may also sometimes delay orders.
Once an order is dispatched, we kindly do not accept any cancellations. Should a shipment be undeliverable at the destination due to reasons such as refusal to pay import taxes, incorrect address provided, multiple failed delivery attempts, or otherwise, the parcel may be abandoned at the destination country at the recipients responsibility.
Eco Packaging: Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper made from recycled paper, sealed with a biodegradable sticker, and shipped in a Fleur of England envelope. This envelope is then placed inside a padded eco-envelope made from recycled materials to protect it during shipping. This option is fully recyclable and kinder to the planet.
Luxury Packaging: Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a biodegradable sticker, and placed inside a luxury Fleur of England gift box. The box is made from sustainable sources and is designed to be kept and re-used.
Discrete pacakaging: Your beautifully wrapped garment will be shipped in a discrete white padded eco-envelope for extra protection which is fully recyclable.
All orders over £250 (or the equivalent in your local currency) & containing large items such as nightwear will receive complimentary luxury wrapping & giftbox.
